A quiet and picturesque neighbourhood, less than two minutes walk from a Sainsbury's Local, and several small shops and coffee places.

There's a wet room style bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles; a balcony with garden views; internet access, on-site parking, and we are within walking distance of the train station. There you can catch regular trains to London, Birmingham, and most of the stations in between including Royal Leamington Spa (also a 30 minute walk, or short bus journey away) and Stratford upon Avon.) There is an efficient bus system around Warwick, and between its neighbouring towns and villages.
There is a fully equipped kitchen (including washer dryer) or if you don't fancy cooking, we are less than 5-15 minutes (depending on how far into Warwick you venture) from some brilliant restaurants and, of course, pubs. Feel free to ask us for a recommendation.

We have two parks nearby. The most immediate has a river, children's play area, leisure centre, fishing ponds, open field area and small wooded areas. In the summer a small amusement park, with child-friendly rides and games, is open all day and there are boat and horse rides down by the river.
Also, for golfers, we are 5 minutes drive from Warwick Racecourse (easily walking distance) and their golf course. Plus, 10 minutes drive from world known golf club The Warwickshire.
