Saturday 25th March Lee Holmes 'Fast Your Way to Wellness'
Join Lee as she presents a simple, supportive and sustainable approach to intermittent fasting from Oken’s kitchen in this workshop event. Lee will explain her 90 nutritious recipes to help you get the most from your fasting days and supercharge your weight loss and after the demonstration there will be samples!
£20 – this event is in partnership with Oken’s Kitchen and includes the book and demonstration.
