• Road Disruption

  Good news - the road works are on schedule and the bus station will partially re-open from 6th September.
  The Car Parks are open and so are the businesses. It's been a difficult few weeks but the end is in sight!
   

• Police Budget

  It is with great concern that we learn that the police budget is to be cut by 25%. Long gone are the days when we had two dedicated bobbies to the Warwick town centre beat and the future looks bleak. 30% of our business rates go to the Police! Let us know what you think - we are making representations to the governnment and your comments do matter.

   

• Warwick Fire Station

  Warwick Fire Station Will Close
  

  You will be aware that Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service have a cost-cutting proposal to close Warwick Fire Station and we now learn that the one station closest to the M40 and A46 bypass will be closed. When there is so much wastage in other areas it shows a distinct lack of imagination to axe a life-saving service.
